Source of income
California law makes source of income a protected characteristic, and that includes housing vouchers. We accept vouchers. If you receive a government rent subsidy you may elect to provide alternative evidence of ability to pay instead of a credit history check under Senate Bill 267, and our income standard applies to your portion of the rent only.
Assistance animals
Service animals and emotional support animals are not pets. They are not subject to pet rent, pet fees, pet deposits, breed restrictions, or weight limits. Request a reasonable accommodation through the Resident Portal or by emailing PM@ReinvestRent.com and we will evaluate it individually as fair housing law requires.
Breed restrictions apply to pets only
Our insurance carrier excludes certain dog breeds from coverage, and those breeds cannot be kept as pets at our properties: Akita, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Anatolian Shepherd, Bull Mastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Malamute, Pit Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and any mixes or wolf dog hybrids of these. Birds, reptiles, snakes, and exotic animals are also excluded. Any animal with a prior bite history is excluded. These restrictions do not apply to service animals or other assistance animals.
Reasonable accommodations and modifications
If you have a disability and need a change to a rule, policy, practice, or service, or a physical modification to the home, tell us through the Resident Portal or at PM@ReinvestRent.com. We will respond and evaluate the request individually.
